Property Registrations and Leases
The Office of the Institute Secretary is responsible for the administration of the Institute’s property titles, including freeholds, leases, and licences.
It ensures that property transactions have the necessary approvals in compliance with the relevant statutes and codes.
It liaises with professional advisors, as required, to complete any property conveyances in relation to sales or acquisitions and manages the registration of the Institute’s property titles with the Property Registration Authority (PRA).
It maintains an oversight inventory of property and other contracts and liaises with external professional advisors in relation to these.
It administers the catering concession contracts, including contract monitoring, statutory and regulatory compliance, and rent collection.
