Research Interests:

All aspects of Employment Law with particular emphasis on discrimination and positive action. I am presently researching the use of positive action and affirmative action as a legal devise to achieve equality in the workplace.

Women in Business; Law and Society.

Have delivered papers at Employment Law conferences on Termination of Employment, Equality and Discrimination Issues, Employee Surveillance, Managing Atypical Disciplinary Issues, Stress in the Workplace and Positive Action in Politics- Lessons and Challenges from Employment Equality Law.
