Aileen Kennedy is a lecturer in Services Marketing and International Marketing in the School of Marketing, College of Business, Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT). Her research interests include areas such as the internationalisation of services and SMEs; entry mode choice strategies; online retailing and on and off line Servicescapes.

Aileen is currently involved in co-supervision of research students in the areas’ of Servicescapes, e-retailing, services internationalisation and mobile marketing.

She has presented research outputs at both European and international conferences and has had work published in the International Journal of Retailing and Distribution Management, Irish Marketing Review, Irish Management Journal, Advances in International Marketing, Service Business and the International Journal of Electronic Government Research.

Aileen is the Programme Co-ordinator for the MSc Marketing (Executive) programme and currently co-chair of the Marketing conference track within the Irish Academy of Management.
