Graduation Ceremony 'Oct O7

The October graduation ceremony was held in St Patrick's Cathedral on 13th Oct, 2007. Among School graduates were three PhD graduates, the first graduates of the course MSc Pharmaceutical Validation Technology as well as undergraduate courses DT203 Forensic and Environmental Analysis, DT212 Physical and Life Sciences (Chemistry) and DT299 Chemical Sciences. Three students were conferred with PhD at the ceremony: Dr Martin Galvin who was supervised by Dr Claire McDonnell and Prof Rory More-O'Ferrall (UCD); Dr Brendan McHugh whose supervisor was Dr Barry Foley and Dr Ciaran Potter, whose supervisor was Dr Mary McNamara.

The first graduates pf the MSc in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology also received thier award. Additionally, graduates from the prgoramme MSC
Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance received their award.

Graduates of the Programme  in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology with the President of DIT, Prof Brian Norton, the Director of the Faculty of Science, Prof Michael Devereux, the Head and Asst. Head, School of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr Declan McCormack and Dr Barry Foley, and Dr Anne Greene, lecturer.

Undergraduate students from the school also received their award:
