Bolton St Room Guide Aug 2016

Request Equipment 

The Bolton St campus is divided into 4 sites: the Main Building, Eblock, Linenhall and Beresford Street.

Most rooms in the sites have audio and projection equipment installed along with a PC and podium solution.

Each room has additional connectivity for PC laptops. Mac users must provide their own personal VGA adaptor to use in-classroom technology.

Please note we do not supply HDMi to VGA adaptors. These should be ordered via your School.

Large lecture theatres in the Main Building have in-room computers, and there is one Interactive Whiteboard available in Room 346.

Room 380 is a large lecture room specifically set-out to be used with groups and is a flexible learning space with plasma screens.

Room 446 is a very large room suitable for events aswell as lectures it has two screens and two projectors and excellent surround sound.

Additional projectors, PA system, audio recorder, DVD/VHS players, and cameras are available on request by staff for short term loan use. Please submit a booking form to to make a reservation.   


Bolton Street also has spaces for conferences and events:        


The Boardroom is a large meeting space with LCD display screen, podium, video conferencing, and computing facilities most commonly used for interviews and department meetings. Desks and chairs in the room are modular and can be reconfigured to suit as needed. Bookings are made through Bolton St College Managers office, and a calendar of scheduled events is available online

Meeting Rooms

Several meeting rooms are available throughout the Bolton St campus for staff use. All meeting rooms contain audio visual facilities. Bookings are made through the CMIS timetabling system with the exception of room 136.1, which can be reserved through the Porters at the Kings Inn entrance to Bolton St.
