I hold a BSc in Food Science and Technology from the Pharmacy Faculty of Basque Country University and
PhD in biotechnology from the Biotechnology School of the Catholic University of Portugal.
I am a professional member and certified food scientist of the Institute of Food Technologist,
Feb 2017-Present Academic Leader of the Environmental Sustainability and Health Institute.
