Core HR Suite – Scheduled Maintenance

Start time: 7am

End time: 11am


Essential software maintenance is scheduled to take place between 7:00am and 12:30pm on Monday, 26th January 2015.  This work is essential to ensure ongoing service quality.  As a result the following systems will be unavailable to staff:

•         Core|Access for staff
•         Core|Budget
•         Core|Expense
•         Core|Pay
•         Core|Pension
•         Core|Personnel including on-line recruitment
•         Core|Time
•         Core|Portal
Core|Portal Users
All staff should keep a record of attendance times  as you will be required to enter manual adjustments on resumption of service.

Restoration of Service – Core Software Suite

Following scheduled maintenance on the Core Software suite, staff should note that full service has been restored and the following systems are now available again.

  •         Core Portal
  •         Core HR
  •         Core Payroll
  •         Core Pension
  •         Core Expenses
  •         Core ID Card

Staff should clock in/out as normal.
