Essential System Maintenance - Core Suite

Start time: 8am

End time: 12:30pm


As part of the year-end process for the Payroll application Core Pay,
  urgent maintenance is scheduled to take place between 08:00 and 12:30  tomorrow,  Friday, 19 February
.  As a result the following systems will be unavailable to staff:

•         Core|Access/Badge
(for staff only)
•         Core|Budget
•         Core|Expense
•         Core|Pay
•         Core|Pension
•         Core|Personnel (including on-line recruitment)
•         Core|Time
•         Core|Portal
All staff using Core Portal should keep a record of attendance times  as
  manual adjustments will be required on resumption of service. 

We apologise for the short notice in this regard, however this maintenance window is unavoidable and is essential to the statutory compliance of the payroll application.   Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Our technical teams and third parties have completed their maintenance work on the CORE system and the following modules are now available to all users.

  • ·         Core | Pay
  • ·         Core | Pension
  • ·         Core | Personnel including on-line recruitment
  • ·         Core | Time
  • ·         Core | Portal
