Eportal Web-Timetables Scheduled Maintenance

Colleagues,

 

ICT Services will be conducting essential maintenance on the Timetabling system from 08:00am, Tuesday, 3rd May   to   5:00pm, Wednesday, 4th May, 2016.     As a result, the ePortal Web-Timetabling  application will be temporarily unavailable during this window.   This work is being undertaken as part of the scheduled annual maintenance on this system.   

 

Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Colleagues,

 

We wish to advise that the CMIS term roll & database upgrade is expected to be completed by 15:00 on Friday 6th May.   The database upgrade on the current system is being undertaken in preparation for a more significant upgrade to be conducted in the next few weeks.   

 

 

Staff should be aware that the ePortal (WebTimetables) application is currently pointing at the current term 2015/16 and will be rolled over later in the summer.  This is to facilitate staff to view current timetables. 

 

Should you encounter any data issues regarding timetables please contact the Timetabling Manager, Mr. Neil Andrews at ext 7514   or  if  you have any difficulty accessing either of these applications please contact the ICT Support Desk at ext 3123.
