Infoview/Business Objects Unavailable

ICT Services would like to advise that we are currently experiencing an interruption to the Infoview/Business Objects service.

ICT Services are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Dear Colleagues,

We have been experiencing unexpected issues with Infoview/Business Objects today. We are currently working hard with our 3rd party supplier to solve these and would like to ask for your patience while we work through them.

We hope to have normal service restored as soon as possible.

Dear Colleagues,

The issues we have been experiencing with Business Objects availability are ongoing and we are continuing to work through them with our 3rd party supplier. We understand the critical need for this service at this time of year and are working hard to restore the service as soon as possible.

Update: Friday 10th February


Further to yesterday's message regarding BO/Infoview  our technical teams and third party support have worked to resolve the issues we were having.  We can confirm that the service has been available all day today.   We are continuing to liaise with our third party support in order to make further service availability improvements.
