Banner System Scheduled Downtime

ICT Services wish to advise all staff that due to scheduled software maintenance on the Banner System, services will be unavailable from

09:00 to 18:00 on Wednesday, 22nd November, 2017.


The following systems are will be inaccessible over this period.

•    Banner Student

•    Electronic Grade Book (EGB)

•    Infoview (Banner Reporting)

•    Student On-line Web Reg

•    Student Result Viewing

•    Tutor Class Lists (with Photos)

•    Student ID Card (enquiry only available)


This work is essential to ensure ongoing service quality.  Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.
