DIT Foundation publishes donor reportPosted: 18 June, 2015
The DIT Foundation has published the first official donor report which gratefully acknowledges the generosity of its many supporters.
The gifts received contribute in a number of ways, including by helping to build the new DIT campus at Grangegorman, creating scholarships to ease the financial burden for students’ families, as well as through donations of state-of-the-art technical equipment to assist students in acquiring professional knowledge and experience.
The Chair of the DIT Foundation, Mr. Jim Gahan said “The stories in this donor report could not be told without the generosity of our alumni and friends – many of whom are first time donors. They have made gifts of all sizes and in different ways. Philanthropy has a key role to play in enhancing the resources offered to DIT students and strengthens the ability of DIT Foundation to reach out further to new partners in Ireland and around the world.”
DIT Foundation is committed to demonstrating the unique culture of DIT and unlocking the power of private support to the Institute.
