A programme of talks and activities has been organised during the week, including guided Mindfulness sessions and the ‘Kickstart Football Tournament’.

There will also be an exhibition of artwork in the foyer of Rathdown House which everyone is invited to enjoy.  According to the organisers, “This is an exhibition of artworks by a variety of artists from your local community who just happen to experience mental illness.  A lot of effort was put into this event to illustrate a positive aspect of these artists’ lives.  There is no theme to this exhibition.  It is a collection of the various interests of these individual artists.  We hope that our exhibition can inspire you as to how creativity can have a positive effect on everyone’s life”.
