Nicholas Ingle has been a lecturer in the School of Real Estate and Construction Economics in Dublin Institute of Technology since 1999. Nicholas has over 13 years work experience in the construction sector in both the United Kingdom and Ireland. His previous work experience was as a projects engineer, projects manager and contracts manager. He was also responsible for setting up and running a Western Regional office for one of his previous employers with responsibility for recruitment, tendering, procurement, contracts management, day to day management of the office as well as Business Development for the Regional office. Nicholas has delivered modules in Project Management, Strategy & Project Management Integration for construction, Procurement studies, Development Processes, Research Studies at Masters Degree Level (MBA & MSc.) on a number of D.I.T. Programmes and previously for the R.I.A.I., as well as tutoring students for their dissertation. He also lectures Contract Administration & Construction Management, Development Project and supervises theses on various undergraduate programmes within the school.
